Jewelry repairs and restoration can vary in cost and time for completion. In an effort to provide the most accurate assessment of your jewelry, we recommend you bring it to the store at your convenience for a professional review and cost estimate. Typically, we can provide a repair quote free-of-charge while you wait. However, there are some occasions where we are unable to provide a quote immediately and/or will require a fee for external assessment.
Repair and restoration work is provided by local and off-site jewelry repair experts. Both methods of repair are provided by veterans in the industry with successful multi-decade businesses.
Most jewelry repairs are completed between two and three weeks. The average minimum time is two weeks, with a maximum amount of time of five weeks. However, we do understand that special occasions arise where repairs are needed faster than our standard policy, so we do our best to accommodate our customers in unforeseen situations.
