Stipulations of our Return Policy include:

• In-stock merchandise that has not been worn may be returned for a full payment refund within five days of original purchase date.
• After five days, Hinkamp Jewelers will accept returns of unworn jewelry up to 30 days from date of purchase, for in-store credit only. Holiday exceptions apply.
• All special order sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable, even for store credit.
